History: Valorean was born in the west. At a young age he loved to build and create. Through the years after Valorean was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Half-Elves in the south were limited. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: A deep hatred of illithids; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

History: He was raised in a desert tribe. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. He was granted divine powers by his dying sister.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help; and wants to work out more often

Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.
