History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Miller hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Miller responsibilities is difficult; and he is unsatisfied with his job

He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. A gifted student he started as a Locksmith, but he got bored and became a Miller. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He invites people to come help in his community garden.

History: He was born in the east. He found a children's book about a Halfling Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature ceremonial dagger.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and he wants to meet his childhood hero

She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: She was born at the edge of vast mountains. At a young age she wooed the heart of her future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. She tends to her Spy job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

Motivation: To be a Bookbinder again; and wants to open a new tavern
