Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Thorin grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Thorin. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and he uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs
