History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Rose was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Nalaed was born on a far southern island where she grew up under the tutelage of her mother, an expert Bricklayer. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

History: A powerful wizard made him what he is. At a young age his mother died while driving off some orcs. His father being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train him in nunchaku use. He became a Carpenter soon after.
