History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. Berrian was born on a far southern island where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Stableman. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature scimitar.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Halfling artifacts is his passion; and he wants to meet his childhood hero
