Description: Her skin has the orange glow of too much sun. She wears a tan shirt with thin blue vertical stripes and black pants. She keeps her brown hair in a pixie cut. Her eyes are amber and beady.
Personality: She is highly sensitive about her name. She loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. To her fellows she is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Elama grew up listening to her father's many stories. A serious injury left her father unemployed and in need of constant care. Her family became saddled with debt trying to care for her infirm father. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and she's looking for her big break

Description: She is in excellent shape and wears a suit in poor condition. It has not been laundered in sometime and has been worn in activities one would not normally wear a suit during. She wears a deerstalker hat to cover her moderate length red hair. Her eyes are likewise black.
Personality: She is quiet and unassuming. She ignores others and carries on with her job unassumingly. She is underhanded and not above using her wealth and body to get others to do her bidding.
History: She was born on a small isolated farm. Vepar abandoned her home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. She survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. She did whatever it took for her to survive. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
Motivation: Further expansion of business.

Description: A pudgy woman standing about 3'3" has a big stupid grin on her face most of the time. She wears a well pressed and immaculate suit (or dress). Her blonde hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. Her gray eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.
Personality: She has two modes she varies between. On the job she is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job she is a party animal. She is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes her no end of embarrassment.
History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Carter. She has since married many spouses, only to have them die. She claims to not be responsible.
Motivation: Wants a kiss; and balancing her hectic life and new carter responsibilities is difficult

Description: She wears brown robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally she wears more armor. She prefers to carry a scimitar, but if one is not available she will default to her warhammer. Her white hair, when down, is lengthy. She has a dull look in her green eyes.
Personality: She is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. She always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove her into the Miller business.
History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Cecily fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: She will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact.

Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.
History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.
