History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. His psionic abilities were realized during a raid on his village. Some 7 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Nordak never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.

Personality: She is curt in most of her responses. She prefers to keep her word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. She is kind towards other women and children and will generally offer women help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to her.

History: Geva lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. She tends to her Guard job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Guard and was forced into it by her family.

History: The child of a Ruler, who enjoyed hunting, Vani was taken on many hunting expeditions. She found a children's book about a Halfling Bard who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She bought a flail and has really upped her game hunting, due to her understanding of decoy and ambush.

History: Born in the west to a Mayor, Sun learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. She has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to her frivolously. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and her relatives are trying to arrange a marriage
