History: Born to a Sage, his father struggled to pay the bills. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Engraver hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with music. He constantly tries to fill his life with music. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He was granted divine powers by his dying sister.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

She only wears one on her belt and the other on her back. She wears a top hat to cover her moderate length beige fur. Her yellow eyes dart from person to person.

Personality: She is cool and collected. She likes to make quips and puns whenever she does anything. She also makes a point to compliment her superiors and flatter them. River is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her brothers into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, she was no stranger to responsibility. Through the years after River was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. River's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She has been saving her money to try and buy her brother's freedom.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her brother; and to reunite with her absent father

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
