History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. In her 13th year, her parents were killed by a illithids raid, leaving Jade alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.
