Personality: She is a Mayor first and foremost. She believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. She dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. Her biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. Through the years after Fragrant was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Fragrant's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
