History: Born in the west to a Miner, Fivin learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Personality: She does not care much for physical appearances, nor does she care much for other people. She does however care about what she wants and getting it. As long as the job gets done she does not care how it got done.

History: Shifting lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Her father disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her father, she was betrayed dozens of times. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.
