She is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Halfling in existence. The occasional robbery is her preferred attention getting crime, but she mainly uses her means for meeting her own perverse desires.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. Her family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors.
