History: Born in the west to a Fletcher, Zaffrab learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He tends to his Fletcher job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Personality: She likes to brag about her accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. She has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Windy abandoned her home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. She survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. She did whatever it took for her to survive. She has worked as a Cartwright like her father before her.
