Personality: She is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before her hampering stammer kicks in. She has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: She was raised in a desert tribe. As a young adult she joined a group advocating for an improvement in Half-Elven conditions. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: He possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and he has decided he is irredeemable

History: Her mother raised her in a mountain cabin. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Half-Orcs in the north were limited. She left for the north, certain she would find work there.
