History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. His mother took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

History: He was born in the east. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: He was born into a rich family. His father was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.
