History: Tethren was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Warlock, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Warlock in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature axe.

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what she was had she not made sure her armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit she wears an entirely red suit with white socks and a vest with buckled shoes. She has moderate length blonde hair. Her face is full, her cheeks are rosy, and she always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in her blue eyes.

Personality: She is unhospitable to her core. Her small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. She does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. After a long history of fighting, Paela and her spouse have recently divorced.

Description: This woman is dressed in a clean blue cloak covering her clean studded leather. She has a penchant for wearing a ring with an oversized emerald on her right hand. Her blonde hair is cut short. Her hazel eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Lorilla embodies much of what other species detest in the Gnomes. She has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a woman enough she will sell her own mother. Money is her most trusted friend.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. Her father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her father was legitimate. She has recently attracted an admirer that believes she's playing hard to get.

Motivation: A deep hatred of brigands; and revenge

Personality: Her tongue was cut out and she uses sign language. She is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: She was born into a rich family. Her arcane abilities were realized during a raid on her village. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Description: A man of a pale complexion, he is wearing a perfectly clean shirt and pair of pants. He keeps his brown hair in a flapper bob. He has several tiny ruby earrings on each ear.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes brigands are coming to abduct people. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: Uthemar was born in the south. At a young age he loved to build and create. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he has money and likes to spend it
