History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. Like his mother and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Junk Dealer. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Junk Dealer for the past few years.

History: Born to a Sage, her mother struggled to pay the bills. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Spy hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To prove her worth to the world.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Marbas was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Dwarves in the south were limited. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and he is content
