Personality: He is quiet and unassuming. He ignores others and carries on with his job unassumingly. He disdains his fellow southerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: The child of a Shipwright, who enjoyed hunting, Darrow was taken on many hunting expeditions. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Snafû grew up listening to his father's many stories. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Personality: She is quite rude, and likes to deride her opponents skill and shout insults at them. She lacks restraint and is impulsive. She jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

History: Born in the west to a Tanner, Shivering learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. Her family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. She saw this and took pride in her father's willingness to do anything to win. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
