Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature sai.

Description: His left thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise he appears quite healthy. He usually wears his brown robe and has his sai always slung over his shoulder. His moppish silver hair is in a traditional bowl cut. His half smiles and brown eyes are beguiling and draw you in.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by dire rats. Alberich was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the dire rats.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

Description: He wears a tan coat over a grey low-cut shirt, and a small hat upon his head. He is bristling with hidden weapons, mostly spears and nunchakus. He keeps his long blonde hair kept up in a rat tail. His face is scarred and worn.

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. When triggered he is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Kellen was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Kellen decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

Personality: She runs her personal life as if detached from it. She organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits she will get from it. Despite her manner, she is extremely passionate and proud of her job, and she prides herself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: She was raised by priests from a young age. Since her father passed away years ago, her mother had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and further expansion of business

History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his father. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother; and doesn't want to be a doctor and was forced into it by his family
