History: Raiann lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Being born in the west, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the west for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way north. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Her blue eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: This woman loves painting and to teach people painting more than just about anything. She has a cruel streak; something she gained from her previous mentor. She harbors resentment against her former mentor.

History: She was raised by priests from a young age. Since her father passed away years ago, her mother had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her mother. Her first spouse was a Blacksmith, they had one daughter, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Blacksmith they were divorced and she won custody of their daughter. She worked as a Bellfounder, and she later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Bellfounder and was forced into it by her family; and an old rival family wants her found

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered south to less war torn lands. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
