History: Ella was born the youngest of three triplets. In her youth she was a Spice Merchant, and wanted to be a champion fighter when she grew up. She was working during a period of war, and as one of the natives she lived in fear of joining the others in being slaughtered. She saw the brutality and swore off her fighting aspirations, taking her younger sister on her back after seeing her parents die, and fled the country. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Ella fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: Oriff hails from a village terrorized by drow. While studying, she fell in love. They married and had a daughter. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.
