History: Hobart lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Personality: He thrives on attention. He does whatever is in his power to gain the attention of whomever he deems a fit date. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Pikar is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Dragonborn activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Dragonborn doctor. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
