Description: A hulking man with gigantic muscles, he typically wears green cloth garments or leather armor. His purple hair is smooth and relatively long. His ears are large.

Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Oriax is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: Oriax hails from a village terrorized by giants. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Oriax fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by giants, and he desires to right it.

Description: His left side is far more bruised and cut up than his other. He likes to wear blue tank tops with white pants. His head has been shaved. This brown eyed easterner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He is harsh and unforgiving.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Pog was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. In the meantime he has taken over work as a Ruler and occasionally as a mercenary.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

Description: She wears a fine chain shirt which she covers with tan colored cloaks and clothing. She is physically well-built. She has a very tight haircut. Her fierce amber eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: She does not care much for physical appearances, nor does she care much for other people. She does however care about what she wants and getting it. She refers to her adoptive mother for almost all things she is unsure about, which are numerous. She is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her mother and father. Her mother taught her the rudiments of the Cartwright arts, while her father instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Being born in the west, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the west for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way east. She has achieved small success as a Cartwright.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Cartwright responsibilities is difficult.

Description: This exceptionally lanky woman is typically in her Painter uniform. She sports a flattop hair cut. Her black eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. She has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: She is intelligent and cunning, but she will too often allow her rage to get the better of her. She will lose her cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. She has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: She was raised by priests from a young age. She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. She has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Painter.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and her religion dominates her actions

Personality: She does not care much for physical appearances, nor does she care much for other people. She does however care about what she wants and getting it. Her philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: She comes from a rich eastern family. In her 11th year, her parents were killed by a goblins raid, leaving Veloptima alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge; and wants to have a good time and be beloved
