History: Ahlyssa hails from a village terrorized by giants. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

She dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. Her biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: She comes from a rich western family. She inherited a moderately successful company from her mother. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Mayor for the past few years.
