History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. Through the years after Hupe was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Hupe's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Shamash grew up listening to his father's many stories. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
