He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He seeks to pay back kindness whenever he gets the chance. Whether it be in the form of unwanted serenades or the latest gossip he always seeks to do solids for his friends.

History: Nelkin hails from a village terrorized by drow. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: He's attracted to the PC; and to settle down with his crush

Description: He is of a modest build and height, but he carries himself more imposing than he is. He wears tight fighting clothing, which leaves very little to the imagination. He has done his best to style his brown hair to look like a famous performer. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the south. His childhood dream was to be a Merchant, but he was a colossal failure. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Her amber eyes are passionate and lively.

Personality: She has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. She is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with her big mouthed big gutted partner. Her partner is her best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. To her fellows she is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: She was born in the west, but her parents moved at a very young age to the south. Through the years after Portia was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Portia's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.
