History: She got into the Ruler business at a young age. A gifted student she started as a Sailor, but she got bored and became a Ruler. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his mother. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Tabaxi conditions. He's also a talented Stableman, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
