Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk she knows how to make people feel guilty. She is skeptical of what others tell her and is slow to trust.

History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. Her first spouse was a Fisher, they had one daughter, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Description: This northern man does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when he can avoid it. His clothes are grease stained in places. He has a very tight haircut. His eyes are likewise gray. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: He hates orcs. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. Bernard enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Bernard hails from a village terrorized by orcs. Because his mother participated in the massacre of their homeland, orcs burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the north, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his father from journeying north to reunite his family. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He wants revenge against orcs.

Personality: She is a Junk Dealer first and foremost. She believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. She passes on several rewards to people in need. She makes a point to leave places better than she found them.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. She has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Junk Dealer.

Motivation: To be a Sellsword again; and wants to open a new tavern

History: Heir to a fortune, her parents put a great deal of effort into curing her disease. Ostracized due to the arcane powers of her oldest sister, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Half-Elves became a terror of the countryside. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

Motivation: She has money and likes to spend it.

Description: His left thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise he appears quite healthy. He very much looks the part of a Ruler. He wears a feathered hat to hide his balding. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. He uses divination through singing.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Ruler arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Ruler work with an outfit from a few towns over. Ruler work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He was granted divine powers by his dying sister.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs
