History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Kipper was born on a far northern mountains where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Mayor. He now mingles about in high society.

History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
