When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Detective hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She left for the north, certain she would find work there.

History: Ovina was born with her father's beautiful face. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. Her addictions have taken their toll on her wallet, and she has found herself with a great deal of debt owed.

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk she knows how to make people feel guilty. She cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist she will grow angry at them.

History: Born in the south her family was never financially stable. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She left for the south, certain she would find work there.
