Description: This exceptionally lanky woman wears a tan vest with golden trim over her white shirt. Her black leather gloves and pants are well-kept, and her tan boots flare out at the collars. She has styled her chestnut hair well, parting it to the right. Her face is scarred and worn.
Personality: She is extraordinarily eccentric. Her home and work are filled with various knick knacks she has acquired through the years. She cares a great deal for her adopted teenage son.
History: Born to a Body Guard, her mother struggled to pay the bills. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to her current location. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Body Guard they were divorced and she won custody of their son. She worked as a Sailor, and she later adopted a second son.
Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister; and doesn't want to be a sailor and was forced into it by her family

Personality: She will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken her opponents. Despite her formidable combat skills she remains a coward. She lacks moral complications. She does what she is told to by employers but not much else. She spends her money on whatever she fancies at the time.
History: When she was but 6 years old her parents immigrated from the north. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Elves in the north were limited. She has achieved small success as a Blacksmith.

Description: This woman wears just a black suit. She has a penchant for wearing a ring with an oversized aquamarine on her right hand. She has rusty crest. Her fair skin shows little sign of her aristocratic breeding.
Personality: She is erratic and paranoid. She believes brigands are coming to abduct people. Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Jaxi is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.
History: A child with a great deal of writing talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. Since her father passed away years ago, her mother had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by brigands. Jaxi was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the brigands.
Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by brigands, and she desires to right it; and someone believes her a fraud

Personality: While she acts the brute, she is far gentler than she would appear. She can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.
History: The child of a Detective, who enjoyed hunting, Three was taken on many hunting expeditions. Her father took her hunting and taught her how to get in the mind of other creatures. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.
Motivation: She is greedy.

Description: An older woman who wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition, she is not a threatening figure. She keeps her long red hair kept up in a rat tail. She wears large thick round spectacles.
Personality: She is quiet and unassuming. She ignores others and carries on with her job unassumingly. She is very protective of her business, her home, and her spouse. She is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.
History: She was born in the south, but her parents moved at a very young age to the east. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the plains to a summer home near a ruined castle. She would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the plains due to the painful memories there. Urshar took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up morningstar and armor she uses now. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Brewer for hire.
Motivation: She has decided she is irredeemable; and she will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. if successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact
