Personality: She will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken her opponents. Despite her formidable combat skills she remains a coward. She is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Gnomes.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Nissa fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: She snorts whenever she laughs or is feeling confident. She is cautious and jumpy. She reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: Quelenna was raised in a hard working conservative environment. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Baker. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Motivation: She wants to get laid; and wants to open a new tavern

History: Born to a Actor, his father struggled to pay the bills. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Half-Orcs in the east were limited. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by orcs. Shágflak was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the orcs.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Dee embodies much of what other species detest in the Halflings. She dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. Her biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Dee was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She struck it rich when she found rare goods in large quantities. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.
