Personality: She likes to make people angry or surprised. Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Mastema is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.

History: Mastema was born with her mother's beautiful face. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. History: Ruloth was born the youngest of three triplets. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Gnomish companion (her 'brother'). She has dedicated herself to building a better village for her children.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Anastrianna grew up listening to her father's many stories. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He was taken from his home at a very young age. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
