Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He tends to his Mayor job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Like her mother and her brother before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Doctor. She has set out to sabotage the competition.
