History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Jabbie grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Jabbie. Being a Locksmith kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Description: This man stands a little under 4'8" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He sports tan clothing, slightly heavier than average wear. His blonde hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.

Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Architect but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: Thervan was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He found a children's book about a Elf Barbarian who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this western guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: He uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs.

Description: What flesh remains visible is marred by burns. She wears a tight fitting violet shirt and pants. She keeps her red hair in a flapper bob. Her eyes are likewise violet.

Personality: She is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as she rather likes the sound of her voice. Her demeanor is somewhat feminine. More though she will beg to come along on any journeys. She will attempt to stowaway on any ship she can in the hopes that it will get her further away.

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. At some point she was captured by brigands and was tortured. After several years of this she finally managed to escape. Since then, she has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: A deep hatred of brigands; and she is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out

Description: This woman stands a little under 4'8" and is a bit bulky. She is very muscular particularly in the legs. She wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. She conceals her longsword with her veritable burlap sack of a shirt. Her hair, while still mostly black, has prominent grey streaks. Her otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: She acts crazy and hedonistic. She does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of gnolls may trigger it at times.

History: Sumnes lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. At some point she was captured by gnolls and was tortured. After several years of this she finally managed to escape. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Many gnolls want her driven away; and she is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions
