History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. In her youth she was a Healer, and wanted to be a champion fighter when she grew up. She was working during a period of war, and as one of the natives she lived in fear of joining the others in being slaughtered. She saw the brutality and swore off her fighting aspirations, taking her younger brother on her back after seeing her parents die, and fled the country. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by orcs, and she desires to right it; and several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge

History: A powerful necromancer made her what she is. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Wants a kiss; and tiefling compassion

History: Five was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He has had some formal dancing training, and achieved minor success. He now owns his own business.

History: Her necromantic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. In her 20th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her mother impaled in their home, and her father beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She was granted necromantic powers by her dying brother.

Motivation: She is terrified, and will act out of fear.
