History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: To end her boredom; and to get a good night's sleep

Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the south. Emerald enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Emerald fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His father was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him; and wants to work out more often
