Personality: She shows great sympathy to all travelers. She's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. She is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Halflings.

History: Lavinia was born with her father's beautiful face. Since her father passed away years ago, her mother had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She now spends her time doing works of charity.

Motivation: She uses money and sex appeal to get what she needs.

History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Brewer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He feels threatened by others; and he is terrified, and will act out of fear

She lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Carpenter work with an outfit from a few towns over. Carpenter work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever she goes.
