History: Yevelda was born with her mother's beautiful face. She was a friend to animals and a trickster. In her defense of animals however she would do severe harm to people. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and she has a rivalry with the church that dominates her actions

History: Farideh was born with her father's beautiful face. Through the years after Farideh was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. He has since lost track of the people in his past.
