Description: This exceptionally lanky man wears rags and sports a simple walking cane. He wears his white hair up. His ears are large.

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Gardain grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Gardain. Being a Healer kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact.

Personality: He is cool and collected. He likes to make quips and puns whenever he does anything. He also makes a point to compliment his superiors and flatter them. He uses divination through singing.

History: He was born at the edge of vast plains. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: To be a Slave Trader again.

Personality: He goes out his way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one he won't accept into his heart. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: Gifted from a young age, Peren studied abroad. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Halfling companion (his 'brother'). He has dedicated himself to building a better village for his children.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Halfling artifacts is his passion; and to reunite with his old friends

Description: This woman is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. She is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers her face most of the time. She sports a flattop fur cut. This amber eyed southerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: She hates Tabaxis with a passion. As such she is filled with self loathing. She is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. When the war came and ruined her parents she was left adrift. She was a hard woman then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and a strong sense of loyalty to gnomish people
