Description: A man with a warm, jovial air about him, he is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright tan and green, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. His hair is black, silky, and of moderate length. He wears large thick round spectacles.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Paelias was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Paelias fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Description: A pudgy woman standing about 4'0" has a big stupid grin on her face most of the time. She likes to wear brown tank tops with red skirt. Her red hair is braided into rings. She wears an eyepatch.

Personality: She is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before her hampering stammer kicks in. She does not believe in violence as a means to an end. She is a dedicated Priest but believes her peers are too gung-ho.

History: She comes from a rich northern family. When Eridred reached her early adolescence her Dwarf mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. She now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and she is greedy

Personality: She is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. She always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove her into the Herbalist business.

History: Her divine talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. Her parents enrolled her in a Paladin school at a young age so that she could practice her divine talents. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by goblins, and she desires to right it

Description: He is a physically imposing light-skinned man. He wears a simple brown robe with yellow stripes complete with hood. His golden hair is lengthy. His brown eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: He is a sleazy, sleazy guy. He has no qualms about using his powers of suggestion to get people to do what he wants. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Miller hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was granted martial powers by his dying sister.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved; and balancing his hectic life and new miller responsibilities is difficult

Personality: Prone to second guessing herself, she comes off as nervous. She is skeptical of what others tell her and is slow to trust.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. She found a children's book about a Human Druid who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Half-Orc artifacts is her passion.
