History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. Her father was a soldier and died while she was still young. Salanop was left her father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She has been saving her money to try and buy her brother's freedom.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when giants swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by giants. Anselm was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the giants.

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Saphara will drive conversation. She is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. Saphara was born on a far northern island where she grew up under the tutelage of her father, an expert Bather. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. Her home and work are filled with various knick knacks she has acquired through the years. She cares a great deal for her adopted teenage son.

History: Nella lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Being born in the west, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the west for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way east. By chance she met her sister recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: Wants to raise her children well; and marry her sister to traveling adventurers

She is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Gnome in existence. She is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes her no end of embarrassment.

History: She was born in the south, but her parents moved at a very young age to the east. As a young adult she joined a group advocating for an improvement in Gnomish conditions. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: To settle down with her crush; and elven compassion
