History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. In his 12th year, his parents were killed by a brigands raid, leaving Fragrant alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Rose grew up listening to her mother's many stories. Before the accident, she was one of the most outspoken anti-Human activists. She was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

History: Born in the north her family was never financially stable. She dropped out of school before completing her studies. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Kathra fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
