Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Balimaar was born the youngest of three triplets. After coming to the age of reason, Balimaar took it upon himself to study the divine arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. He has achieved small success as a Bellfounder.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Halflings in the east were limited. She has dedicated herself to building a better world.
