Description: This petite short man is perpetually holding a tea of some kind. He is typically in his Healer uniform, marred by teas. He has a long blonde beard with little hanging trinkets. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines blue.

Personality: Heward is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Healer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has worked as a Healer like his father before him.
