History: He was born in the east. In his 17th year, his parents were killed by a orcs raid, leaving Gargax alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and he wants revenge against orcs

History: Born in the north his family was never financially stable. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Human activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.

Motivation: He wants to get laid; and a strong sense of loyalty to human people

Personality: She is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. Her job bores her to no end. She has decided to make it more interesting.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. Joan abandoned her home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. She survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. She did whatever it took for her to survive. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature greatsword.

Motivation: She desires power and/or immortality; and she is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions

She is ready at a moment's notice to give into her darker urges. She is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. She often ends up burning people alive in the fires she starts.

History: She comes from a rich eastern family. While she appears to be a normal Dwarf, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She now mingles about in high society.
