History: Born in the west to a Bellfounder, Torgga learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. Being born in the west, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the west for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way north. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. A freak accident while working with her Fletcher mother left her crippled. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Fletcher they were divorced and she won custody of their daughter. She worked as a Performer, and she later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Performer and was forced into it by her family.

Personality: She has schizophrenia that causes her to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. She is stubborn though. She always likes to keep a trick up her sleeve. She likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if she feels she even has a chance of losing.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Tricking grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Tricking. She used her abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. In his 12th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.
