History: Gifted from a young age, Gardain studied abroad. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He was granted martial powers by his dying sister.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans.
