Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Merihim was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his mother. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature morningstar.

Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend; and wishes to resurrect an old love

Personality: She goes out her way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one she won't accept into her heart. She misses her home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. A serious injury left her mother unemployed and in need of constant care. Her family became saddled with debt trying to care for her infirm mother. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved; and she made a deal with a demon which lead to her current lot in life, and she's becoming increasingly nervous about it

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
