History: Flask was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Tailor hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

History: Born to a Stylist, his father struggled to pay the bills. A gifted student he started as a Stylist, but he got bored and became a Fortune-teller. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Fortune-teller.

Motivation: Wants a kiss; and balancing his hectic life and new fortune-teller responsibilities is difficult

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Bulzo embodies much of what other species detest in the Halflings. He is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. He likes to tell stories.

History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his father. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Halflings in the west were limited. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He is wracked by social anxiety.

Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. He takes great joy in being the best Locksmith in town.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. He's also a talented Carpenter, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: To be a Carpenter again; and wants to raise his children well
